Arabic Culture, Context, and Language III Arabic Culture, Context, and Language 200
Language content includes: Specialized Terminology in Business, Construction, Government, and Military, Basic Writing, and Intermediate Conversation. Culture content includes topics such as: Arabic Poetry and Literature, Globalization and Its Impact, Politics, and History.
Students who wish to receive academic credit will be required to:
- Take a test demonstrating the ability to write simple sentences in Arabic
- Write a 5-page essay relevant to the content of this module
- Complete level three module in the virtual language lab
On satisfactory completion of these additional requirements the student is awarded academic credit for:
- Intermediate Arabic 200 4.5 quarter units
- Intermediate Arabic 200A Language Lab 1.5 quarter units
Cost: $252 per quarter unit
